Opinion supine sleeping position


When lying on the back, the weight is fairly well distributed over a wide surface area, therefore sleep on their backs are often seen as the most appropriate sleeping position. When the sleeping on the back the body has to be worn so that the natural S-shaped curve is maintained. However, due to the natural curve of the lower back hollowed this can not always be supported well.

To avoid problems and to maintain this curvature, a pillow or a towel can be placed under the lower back. Another method to relieve your back is to sleep with bent knees or put a pillow under the knee, as you can see in the picture.
