Support your back, train your abdominal muscles The core of your body


Abdominal exercises are not only good for your abs, but also for the rest of your body. The abdominal muscles are the center of your power. From there, everything is controlled.


You use your abdominal muscles more often than you think. In fact, there is almost no movement in which these muscles are not involved. Doing abdominal exercises are not the only thing needed for a flat stomach. How many crunches you do, the fat that many people around their waist will not disappear. This requires a comprehensive training and need a balanced diet.

If you do it right
The proper technique is important to properly train your abs. Here are some points to remember during the exercises:

Do not pull on your neck, put your hands behind your ears, and push your elbows outward.
Keep the chin slightly retracted and about a fist width of your chest down.
Keep your body in check when you get up. Keep it quiet.
Keep your abs withdrawn by imagining that you withdraw your navel.
Abs you the best workout the day.
Repeat each exercise until you feel fatigue in the abdominal muscles.
Have a rest before starting the next exercise.
Put the whole series once.
Have you built up enough strength, then repeat the series once or twice.
