How do you know what kind of pain you have?

That's very difficult to make out, even for doctors. It is often not easy to distinguish whether the pain in the muscles, nerves, joints, intervertebral or is in the bone. X-ray or MRI scan helps very little, because even in people without back problems are found abnormalities. The worst pain often disappears within one to two weeks. Even persistent back injuries usually heal within six to twelve weeks. However, the symptoms can sometimes come back. How can you prevent low back pain?
