Amino acid Arginine improves glycemic

A recent study showed that the glucose metabolism in animals improved to 40% by the intake of the amino acid arginine.

Where is arginine?
Arginine you just get like other amino acids from proteins.
Foods that are naturally rich in arginine are whole grain products, nuts including hazelnuts, almonds, seeds, peanuts, brown rice, popcorn, soybeans, raisins and chocolate.
So a daily handful of these foods can positively support your glucose metabolism.

What does arginine do?
Arginine improves circulation and strengthens the immune system. Studies suggest that the arginine accelerates wound healing, to improve the burning of fat and may be used in diets for weight loss. The role to play in reducing the cholesterol level is to be ascribed function as biological precursor of nitric oxide (NO).

Important for the optimal functioning of the amino acids at the same time the availability of sufficient vitamin B complex. All B vitamins should be included in their course, developed together and not separately, otherwise the effect is not optimal.
