This
 is week one of your pregnancy, but you're not officially pregnant yet. 
It might seem confusing, but your doctor will track your pregnancy and 
due date from the first day of your last period. Right now, your body is
 busy getting ready for when you do get pregnant. Your uterus is 
thickening so it can house and feed your fertilized egg once it 
implants. Now is the time to be patient and take good care of yourself.
